The Thoughts Showering phase is where every great project begins at Bendra. This is our most collaborative and open-ended stage, where creativity meets strategy, and ideas flow freely.

During this phase, our entire cross-functional team comes together — designers, developers, marketers, and project managers — to explore every angle of the project. We start by deeply understanding the client's business, their industry, their competition, and their unique challenges.

We conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews to understand not just what the client wants, but why they want it. This deeper understanding allows us to propose solutions that address root causes rather than just surface-level symptoms.

Our research process includes competitive analysis, market research, user persona development, and technology assessment. We gather data from multiple sources to ensure our approach is informed by real-world insights rather than assumptions.

We also involve the client actively in this phase. Through collaborative workshops and brainstorming sessions, we ensure that the client's vision, values, and goals are deeply embedded in the project from day one.

The output of this phase is a comprehensive project brief that captures all insights, ideas, and decisions. This document serves as the north star throughout the project, ensuring alignment and focus at every stage.
